What we're asked the most
How long does it take to get started?
The account is created in a few minutes. You add your drivers from Team, and the first reports can be sent the same day, from their phone.
Does the driver need to install an app?
No. DropTrace opens from a browser and can be added to the home screen like an app, no store needed.
Is my data isolated from other companies?
Yes. Each company only ever sees its own data — this is enforced at the database level, not just hidden on screen.
Is the generated billing statement a real invoice?
It's a starting statement based on your validated reports, not a certified tax document — legal mentions and official numbering remain your responsibility.
Can I cancel before the end of my commitment?
The subscription is taken out for a fixed term of 12 months, whether you pay monthly or in one go annually (with −10%), and cannot be cancelled before its term (except where required by law). It then automatically renews each year, unless cancelled before renewal from the management area.
